ORDERS:

How long will my order take? 
As we have minimum quantities on hand, your item MAY be made to order and can take approximately 7-10 days to ship or be ready for pick up. All in stock or ready to go items will be will be shipped or ready for pick up 1-2 business days. 

Are all your items handmade? 
All Grow Baby clothing items are handmade by our founder Heather in her studio. Each item made and checked carefully with love. 

Can I get a refund? 
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds however do offer store credits. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information. 

SHIPPING: 

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been shipped it can take up to 5 days to be delivered depending on what shipping you select. Please see our shipping & delivery page for more information. 

What does shipping cost? 
You can find out shipping rates on here. 

Can I pick up in-store? 
Yes of course, simply select pick up in store at check out and we will contact you when it is ready to be picked up. 

GIFT MESSAGES:

I am sending my order as a gift, will you write a card for me? 
Yes, please leave your message in our notes at checkout and we will add it you your order. 
You can also purchase a special card from our cards section and we will write the message on the card for you.
